The C4D Network has launched a brand new series of online seminars developed in partnership with UNICEF. Over August and September two introductory training units of an hour each will be available addressing: (1) C4D Concepts & Approaches; and (2) C4D Planning & Learning. These training units are delivered over the internet in the form of live ‘webinars’, i.e. in real time to allow interaction between trainer and participants.
The training is aimed at development sector professionals – in UN agencies, international and national NGOs and other organisations – who want to learn more about the role of communication as a tool and a process in development practice. The training is also aimed at individuals and groups in donor organisations, government, businesses and other institutions who want to learn more about how communications aids development.
Participation cost including the accompanying training materials is £20 for both introductory webinars, £15 for one training unit only. More information about the webinar outline, schedule, booking etc. is availabe at http://www.c4dnetwork.org/c4d-training.php
