Description: The Bangladesh NGOs Network for Radio and Communication (BNNRC) is a national Information and Communication Technology for Development (ICT4D) Network. It works with alternative mass media to build a democratic society based on the principles of free flow of information and equitable and affordable access to Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for remote and marginalized population.
Capacity Development: BNNRC provides short and long-term training courses related to community broadcasting while establishing Rural Knowledge Centres. It also organizes local and international forums on communication and knowledge management for development addressing among other topics the role of ICT for bridging the digital divide in rural areas, and community radio/media for amplifying the voices of the voiceless.
