The Asia-Pacific Development Communication Centre (ADCC) of Dhurakij Pundit University places high value on communication skills as the most powerful tool for making changes necessary for development. It has developed regular courses in the field of development communication to provide the opportunity for practitioners, media and campaign officers, field workers, managers, officers, and coordinators, to explore and improve various communication skills and techniques for development work.

Description: Behavior Change Communication and IEC Materials Production is a two-week specialized course focusing on risk behaviors related to health and how to induce behavior change through strategic communication. Facilitation Skills for Development is developed with the purpose to accelerate the facilitation skills and techniques of potential trainers and facilitators in the context of development in order to achieve organizational change and development.
Health-related issues in development (e.g. maternity health, adolescent and reproductive health, HIV/AIDS prevention, community health development, and health advocacy), is the focal point for all regular courses in Development Communication.
