Course title: Maestría en Comunicación (Master in Communication)

Description: Two-year master course providing conceptual and methodological tools to generate critical thinking on the role of communication in different cultural contexts and quality research applied to communication processes contributing to social change. The curriculum includes principles of social research, communication and participation for social change, project design, and evaluation.

Research activities, framed under the topic of ‘Communication, Culture and Social Change’, cover the nexus between communication and social participation, citizenship, and local development, with emphasis on how such processes influence political, economic, and social changes in a community.
