iChange video competition on climate change

images/M_images/news_articles/ichange.jpgThe iChange (Inspire Change) video challenge invites students from all over the world to create a 30-second video ad to raise awareness about climate change, encourage action, and/or propose potential solutions.

The competition, launched by Connect4Climate (C4C) and TVN, is open to students 18 to 35 years old, individuals or teams (max. 5 persons).

Prizes will be awarded at the International GrandPrix Advertising Strategies event in Milan, Italy on May 29, 2013 and the winning video will be shown at film festivals in Cannes, New York, and Beijing. Finalists and winner will win 2,000 to 5, 000 Euro scholarships.

The deadline to submit entries is now extended to May 15, 2013.

Connect4Climate (C4C) is a campaign, a coalition, and a community that cares about climate change. The goal of C4C is to create a participatory, open knowledge platform that engages the global community in climate change conversation to drive local action through advocacy, operational support, research, and capacity building.
