Got a recipe for leftovers? Join the Love Your Leftovers competition and submit your recipes until May 26, 2013.  Love Your Leftovers is a competition that asks global citizens to show their love for leftovers, and submit a recipe that they use to clean out the fridge. Many regional campaigns have recently been launched, echoing to the challenge of food waste at the national level and in major sectors, including hotels, restaurants, supermarkets and households.
